February in Bangkok sits solidly in the cool-and-dry season, which for most visitors means near-ideal weather. Highs range from the upper 80s to mid-90s°F, lows climb from the low to mid-70s (a touch warmer than January's cool nights), and rain averages just 1–3 days for the entire month. Sunshine is plentiful, humidity is manageable, and the monsoon is still months away.
The one caveat worth knowing: agricultural burning across the region starts picking up in February, and haze — with the air quality issues that come with it — begins to show up, especially in the second half of the month and further north toward Chiang Mai.
